Watching the Chris Chan Documentary on Youtube. We have watched 10 hour long episodes in like a 24 hour span. This story is so ridiculously fucked up and it's kinda validating our idea that we're truly meant for each other. it's been awhile.
My stupid asshole neighbor has the bass on their stereo up to max, and it's driving me nuts.
2022 was a year of glorious highs and horrific lows.
Highlights include hard drinking, doing coke in an outhouse, and various other wholesome activities. Twitter became my primary method of communicating with the internet.
I was busy, but now I'm back, probably.
2023 is greatly improved. I'm not going into it because this isn't a fucking personal ad. I'm happy and am having a good time. Twitter is dead thanks to Daddy Elon so I suppose I'll post here again.
Anyway, 2022 was shit, and the fact that 2023 is so much better isn't really a miracle or anything. I've drastically reduced my drinking and aint doin' no mo' drugz.
I've been playing the Virtual Console release of Pokemon Crystal Version lately. I remember getting my hands on this game as a child and freaking out about how much more advanced it was over Pokemon Red Version and Pokemon Yellow Version. I named my Pokemon after what was directly to the left of me whenever I caught it. I don't know why I'm telling you any of this. I think I'm going to create a weblog for this inane stuff.

I'll be posting more in the future. I've made a couple ROM Hacks that I'll be uploading whenever I have a chance. They're not exactly interesting, but someone might find a use for them. Sorry for the lack of updates. I've been pretty busy with my kids and work the last few months. I hope your thanksgiving was good! Mine was, and I'm happy that I have such a wonderful family. Since I'm not doing modding as much lately, I'm considering making this into a personal blog or something. I don't know.

One last thing, I've been listening to Achievement by pilotredsun a lot recently. It's very bizzare and unique. I don't really know how to define it, but it's good. I listened to it through twice while adding all the stuff for this update and never got sick of it.
Check out the Famicom Data Recorder . It's why you were never able to save your progress in games like Excitebike. Documenting all of this has been a project of mine for a year or so. The article is still not totally complete but it gives you a good idea of what's going on with it. I plan on going into detail on what you'll need to do to get it running on an NES. I don't expect many people to actually want to try this, so I'm taking my time. Please let me know if you managed to get it going yourself. We can swap Mach Rider scores or something.
